Refund policy
Please email us at orders@strongconfidentliving.com before returning any items or submitting any refund requests. All of our items are made-to-order, so to ensure the correct steps are taken, please send us the following information:
- Your original order confirmation email
- An attached image of your item(s)
- A brief description detailing the extent of misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect item(s)
We will then provide you with return/exchange/refund options and procedures.
Any refund/exchange/return claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
We do not always approve refund/exchange claims. There is no guarantee that you will be able to exchange your item(s) or receive full or partial refund.
Some cases qualify for FREE replacement without needing to be returned. Please email us before making any returns to ensure the correct steps are taken for your case. See above for return/exchange/refund misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect item(s) email requirements.
Lost or Not Delivered
For packages lost in transit or not yet delivered, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at orders@strongconfidentliving.com and include the following:
- Your original order confirmation email
- The expected delivery date of your item(s)
We will notify you if your package is still in transit and experiencing delays. Otherwise, we will provide you with refund/reship options if the item(s) were lost in transit.
