Shipping policy

It takes 2–5 business days to create your product(s). Once your order is finished and checked for inaccuracies/damage, it will immediately be shipped to you.

US: 2-5 business days

Internationally: 6-14 business days

We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we can provide estimated arrivals based on the item(s) you ordered and your order's destination. We will notify you if your package experiences any delays; extending the delivery time further.

If your order status says 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, and have not been notified of any delays or premature status updates, please email us immediately so we can make sure your package isn't lost. Please go to the bottom of the "Return & Refund Policy" page for instructions on how to do so correctly.
